ABOUT US

Where rehabilitation meets performance—and athletes become family.

The Athletes Club is a sports performance and physical therapy facility built for athletes who are serious about getting better. We combine sports physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and performance-focused training to help athletes recover from injury, build their physical capabilities, and reach their full potential.

But we’re more than a facility. We’re a community, a team, and a family. Many of our athletes train with us for years, growing alongside coaches and teammates who challenge, support, and believe in them every step of the way.

From rehabilitation to high-level training, our goal is simple: help athletes move better, get stronger, perform at their best, and stay in the game.

I specialize in helping athletes recover from injuries and return to peak performance, blending physical therapy with strength and conditioning. With years of experience working with athletes from youth to the Division I level, I create a fun training environment and focus on building resilient athletes prepared for the demands of their sport.

I’m a Bay Area–born sports physical therapist with a passion for sports, fitness, and performance. What excites me most about physical therapy and strength training is that progress is measurable, data-driven, and results-focused. I love giving athletes the tools they need to succeed—while making the process challenging, rewarding, and fun.

I am a former college athlete with a passion for strength training and physical therapy, developed through years of learning how to manage and optimize my own body throughout my career. I believe in the process and the long-term value of consistent hard work, both in the gym and in recovery. I am also pursuing a professional basketball career overseas.

My goal is to provide athletes with the guidance needed for them to achieve their goals and perform at the highest level.

I am passionate about helping athletes move better and feel more confident in their training. I believe consistency, effort, and learning how to move well are the foundation for long-term health and performance.

Coming from a competitive swimming background, I understand the importance of daily commitment and am a big believer in movement as something everyone can enjoy and benefit from.
